NES / A&F Experts’ Club

The publishing house “Arguments & Facts” and the New Economic School present a new project NES / A&F Experts’ Club. The fist roundtable of the Club took place on April, 28 at 16:00 at the A&F press-center (Myasnitskaya 42). The subject of the Roundtable is "Towards Modernization of Russian Economy: Reducing Administrative Barriers for Business".

The experts of The Centre for Economic and Financial Research (CEFIR) presented results of the project implemented for the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation: “Working out proposals on improving state support to small business in the field of reducing administrative barriers, raising availability of bank financing and enhancing the overall small business development”. The members of NES / A&F Experts' Club and guests discussed results of the research and their influence on politics of modernization.

The roundtable was moderated by Sergei Guriev, Rector of NES, Morgan Stanley Professor of Economics.
